HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

I've only ever run a business from my home or through a "boot camp" style. I believe that there are honest Trainers who work at Box gyms. However, when I train it represents my business alone. Integrity and Service are held to a much higher standard for myself or any trainer associated with Movement Rebuilt.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Our first session we will review nutrition in addition to other health assessments required, and there is no additional cost here. If you were interested in consistent review and guidance in Nutrition, then yes that time will be charged separately.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORKOUT A WEEK?

This heavily depends on your goals. Generally I encourage people to get 30-60 minutes of intentional movement a day. Most people who seek out a personal trainer are interested in specifics such as losing weight, gaining strength, correcting posture and improving overall health; these type of scenarios require a minimum of 3 days per week.
